A spokesperson for DHS said Thakur's killer, 22-year-old Rohit Rohit, was from India and entered the United States through Arizona in 2023. He was arrested by the U.S. Border Patrol and released by the Biden administration, according to the spokesperson.

I can hear the screeching. Not all illegals released by Biden and Company are killers. No. But they are all in the country illegally, and should leave.

"This illegal alien from India harassed, stalked, and then killed a 38-year-old woman in California, and then took his own life when police caught up to him," said a DHS spokesperson. "This tragedy would have been completely avoided if it weren’t for the Biden Administration RELEASING this killer into our country. Sanctuary politicians must put an end to reckless policies that play Russian roulette with American lives. Our thoughts and prayers are with the victim and her family."

ICE Arrests Convicted Killer

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has announced the arrest of a Moldovan illegal immigrant and convicted killer who tortured and threw a victim out of a ninth-floor window.

Victoria Sorocean was taken into custody in Los Angeles on Nov. 4 by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) after authorities learned she had been convicted of premeditated murder with exceptional cruelty in 2013, ICE told Fox News on Tuesday.

She fled Moldova to avoid her prison time.

Sorocean was first arrested by ICE on Jan. 10, 2020, under the first Trump administration, but she later filed multiple legal appeals and asylum claims to delay removal, DHS said.

Officials said she was ultimately released back into the U.S. in 2022 under the Biden administration.

The FBI, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) coauthored the December 13, 2021 intelligence product whose title reads, “DVEs and Foreign Analogues May React Violently to COVID-19 Mitigation Mandates.”

The report cites criticism of mandates as “prominent narratives” related to violent extremism. These narratives “include the belief that COVID-19 vaccines are unsafe, especially for children, are part of a government or global conspiracy to deprive individuals of their civil liberties and livelihoods, or are designed to start a new social or political order.“

Those pardons accomplish at least three things. First and foremost, they protect the Biden family from federal prosecution for their corruption. Secondly, they’re a big FU to Trump and the right and to everyone who isn’t firmly in the Biden camp. But the third thing they accomplish is more subtle, and is intended strictly for the left. They allow the left to claim that Trump would have used lawfare on all these innocent people but for the pardons.

But they can try and spin it anyway they like. They were pardoned for decades of corruption, or in Fauci's case for working to fund gain-of-function research. (Anyway, that's my first amendment protected opinion.)

Biden Admin Versus Hurricanes

A YouGov survey from October 6th shows that while a majority of Americans have a favorable opinion of how state governors have handled the response to hurricane Helene, the same cannot be said for how Americans view the Biden-Harris Administration’s response.

I Have a Different Opinion on the Debate

My pre-debate prediction was that CNN had this “debate” pre-arranged to be a Biden victory, but if so, it certainly didn’t work as planned. Not only is CNN itself now admitting that Biden crashed like the Hindenburg at Lakehurst, but there is a universal consensus among Democrats and all their media mouthpieces that (a) Biden cannot win in November and (b) he therefore must be replaced as the party’s nominee

My opinion is that whoever is actually running the country - it clearly is not Joe - knew that he would fail in the debate. That is WHY the debate is so early. Before the convention. The earliest Presidential debate ever. This is so that they can replace him at the convention. With Newsome, or Michelle Obama, or whoever.

My question is, why haven't they removed him from office? He clearly is not competent to be in office. He hasn't been for some time.

My other questions is when does someone get charged with elder abuse?

So if things look so gloomy for Biden that Zakaria is not only able to see it, but is allowed to say it on the air at CNN? Yeah, it’s very bad for Biden.
