Well, almost... From Impro Guns we get VP-22 – A disposable plastic Welrod
The Welrod was, or is, a World War II era assassin's weapon developed by Britain's Station IX for the British Special Operations Executive, and it was also used by the American OSS (precursor to the CIA). Originally it was chambered in .32 ACP. When .32 ACP didn't work too well, it was chambered in 9mm. It had an amazingly effective suppressor.
The suppressor on the Welrod had both metal baffles and rubber wipers that reduced the report to 73db, about as loud as a vacuum cleaner. It did have the effect of reducing effective range, and limiting firing rates, but then the weapon was intended to be fired once, or at most twice to kill a target at close range.
The VP-22 is an almost entirely 3D printed .22lr VP9 (a copy of the WW2 British Welrod) type bolt-action pistol featuring a 12-shot magazine and screw-on suppressor. Below is a video of it being fired.
When they say "almost entirely 3D printed," I take it that they mean the barrel, the bolt, and the firing pin are metal, or at least contain some metal components.
It is hard to tell from the video how loud the gun is. It is cool, for 3D-printed. Click thru for a photo and the video.
