A Cheyenne man was acquitted of felony assault charges when the jury ruled he acted in self-defense when he fired back on a truck after being rammed, shot at, and followed home.
The details make even less sense than the average road rage case, but then someone once said that you should never underestimate the power of human stupidity. You should click thru for those.
You should also not underestimate how much DAs truly hate self-defense. The jury didn't see things the way the DA wanted them to.
The jury deliberated for about one hour before declaring Junior innocent.
Self-defense is a human-right, and it might be your legal right in Wyoming, but I'm not sure you can count on that.
