An intruder climbing through a window. Homeowner shoots, kills intruder who climbed through window of Atlanta home.
Police determined that the man who died climbed into the window of the home and attacked the homeowner. The homeowner then shot the man, killing him. The homeowner remained at the scene and was cooperative with the investigation.
The homeowner had also been shot, but is in stable condition.
Police do not expect charges to be leveled against the homeowner.
Self-defense is a human-right.
