A witness says that a homeowner heard someone breaking into the home through the back door.
After yelling at the burglar to leave, officials say the homeowner shot the alleged burglar after he entered the house.
The guy who got shot is recovering. The investigation continues, and there is no word on what charges he will face.
Self-defense is a human-right. And in Oklahoma, in your own home especially, it is your legal right. Good Guys 1, Bad Guys 0.
