This incident occured in April, but the local media stopped covering it once it was clear that the DA was going to rule self-defense. I've included a link to one of the news stories (so called) below the link to the video, but the video is really the point.

Cincinnati police said District 4 officers responded to De Camp Avenue at around 4 a.m. for a reported person shot. When they arrived, they found Robert Andrews, 40, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Three local media outlets covered the story before the video came out, because gun violence is all they care about.
Self-defense is a human right, and it might just be your legal right in Ohio.
