In other words, for anybody who had suffered a previous infection or who was otherwise healthy, the vaccine presented more risk of harm than good. Their explanation for choosing to insist that the vaccine was safe and effective for everyone was that they didn't want to present a "mixed message" and that it was easier to communicate a blanket recommendation than a nuanced one.
Except...the vaccine is not entirely benign. It has risks, and imposing those risks on people who didn't need to take it is unethical.
The real question is how much money Fauci made off of the vaccines. I doubt we will ever know.
But it is clear that he and his whole team of non-nuanced communicators need to charged for every vaccine injury that was incurred by people who did not need to take that risk.
