Beautiful singing in any language is beautiful. And Floor Jansen, currently lead singer for Nightwish, has a wonderful voice. Maria Fiselier is a Dutch mezzo soprano, who sings more classical and operatic music. Opera is not kind to mezzo-sopranos; there are limited staring roles. I hope you enjoy it, even if it isn't all in English. (Yes, some of it is in English.)
