Ironheart - A Marvel Character You've Never Heard Of

Do you remember that time that Marvel Comics tried to replace Tony Stark/Iron Man with a young, black woman from Chicago? Neither does anyone else. After that character failed spectacularly in the comics, Disney Marvel decided to repeat the exercise in live action, except they spent something on the order of $100 million to do it on Disney+. Before that, they introduced Ironheart in Black Panther: Wacanda Forever.

When you spell it out that way, it sounds like a DEI parody. Well it isn't a parody.

Since the show debuted, a bunch of reviews are out.

Ironheart has finally been inflicted on the world, after gathering dust in the Marvel vault for the better part of 3 years, and by golly I can see why they tried so hard to bury this thing. Having suffered through the first three episodes, now I can confidently say that this is by far the worst thing Marvel have ever produced in nearly 20 years of MCU history, and damn man that's up against some pretty stiff competition by this point.
