The Other McCain brings us signs of hope, at least in as much as a change in the political winds. Hollywood Getting Red-Pilled?
They say a conservative is a liberal who has been mugged. Hollywood may fit that bill. The wealthy are usually insulated from the impacts of insane liberal policies. That is certainly not true in this case. Maybe they will stop pushing the insanity on the rest of the population.
The tragic devastation — the most damaging wildfire in California history — may be an inflection point in American politics, like the 1968 Tet offensive or the 1979 Iran hostage crisis. Everybody with two eyes could see what Jillian Michaels mentioned, that Gavin Newsom has been positioning himself for a White House run in 2028, and this wildfire was the event that caused them to speak out and warn America: “You do not want to elect this guy!” If I were J.D. Vance, I’d be scheduling a visit to Southern California.
Some very liberal people are pissed off at Gavin Newsom and company. And since they have lost everything, they will not be forgetting soon.
