The victim was behind the suspect’s vehicle and when both vehicles came to a stop, the victim got out of his vehicle, walked to the driver’s side door and banged on the window. Police said that is when the suspect shot the victim in the neck. Police said the victim also had pulled out a firearm however he collapsed before he was able to use it.
Someone approaches me with a gun drawn, I am going to assume that is a threat of imminent of death or grave bodily injury. Don't approach people in a threatening manner. Things might not turn out the way you expect.

The woman fled the scene but was later apprehended at her home nearby. The woman, identified as a 24-year-old woman, has not yet been charged as investigations continue. The Clark County District Attorney’s Office is evaluating whether her actions qualify as self-defense under Nevada law.
It will be interesting to see how this case plays out.
In any event, it doesn't change the fact that self-defense is a human right, and road rage is never a good idea.
