From KSN news we get this story of Self Defense, and a DA who doesn't mess around. DA: Wichita man’s death was ‘self-defense,’ no charges
The DA made this determination in 2 weeks. That is operating at Warp Speed for a government agency.
The person who allegedly shot and killed a 19-year-old in south Wichita two weeks ago will not be charged in the case.
Police initially arrested the shooter. He is known to them. After completing the investigation, information turned over to the DA by detectives in this case indicated that this was self defense.
Some DAs, in particular those who hate self defense, could take months to make a determination like this.
And self defense is a human right.
