Kelvi Latrice McCray, 18, was shot in the head, neck and back last Wednesday by Keisean Woodrow Shaw, 19, who then shot himself in the head, police told the Palm Beach Post. Shaw was charged with first-degree murder but died the next day.
She was on FaceTime with friends when the shooting occurred. One of her friends called 911.

The 27-year-old is accused of shooting and killing 12-year-old Carlos Fernandez on Monday, March 4, at the Cloverleaf apartment on Alderson Street, where Carlos lived with his mom and two sisters.
And they couldn't hold him with no bond, because that would be unfair, or mean, or something. At $2 million, maybe that will keep him locked up, and maybe it won't.
I read too many stories of people killing their ex-partner, or their ex-partner's new partner. I understand being upset, being hurt. I don't understand the violence that people seem to think will improve anything.
