The big air show comes to Chicago every summer. I went once many, many years ago. Lately it has become another bit of insanity in The Windy City.
The Air & Water Show returns to the lakefront as always this weekend, while the Lead in the Air Show continues apace elsewhere around town.
Final Demonized Tally: 8 killed, 34 wounded
2022 weekend tally: 4 killed, 38 wounded
2021 weekend tally: 11 killed, 40 wounded
So things are marginally worse than last year, but better than 2021. Also better than 2020, but that seems an unfair comparison. Still, things are not good in Chicago, and I don't see the new mayor has a plan.
