These two are not the sharpest tools in the shed. Suspect shot by homeowner following burglary | WTTE
Police said the two armed suspects had forced entry into a house on the 800 block of East 4th Avenue around 11:30 p.m. Saturday night. The two men had an altercation with the homeowner, at which point the homeowner picked up his own firearm and ordered the men out of the house.
They kicked in the front door, knowing that the homeowner was armed. I guess they didn't believe the gun was real, or that his determination to defend himself and his family was real.
They both got arrested. One was taken to lockup, the other to the hospital, where he is expected to survive to face his day in court.
Self-defense is a human-right, and it seems to be legal in Ohio.
