HeyJackass! brings us March Wrap-up.
Cold weather moderates crime, at least in Chicago and probably elsewhere as well. March was especially cold and snowy this year.
The occasional wintery mix put a damper on Spring Training resulting in a lower lead connection average when compared to years past.
The final count was 36 killed, and 144 shot and wounded.
