Someone is suing to get to the answers, because there are many questions. Records about Hunter Biden’s Gun Allegedly Found in a Dumpster
Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security for Secret Service records related to the investigation of Hunter Biden’s gun, reportedly disposed of in a dumpster in Delaware (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. U.S. Department of Homeland Security (No. 1:22-cv-02841)).
The lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia after United States Secret Service (a component of DHS) failed to respond adequately to a March 25, 2021, FOIA request for records or communications about the reported purchase, possession, and disposal of a firearm owned by Hunter Biden found in a Delaware dumpster circa October 2018.
It has all the earmarks of a coverup. The Secret Service, not Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, took the paperwork from the gun store where Hunter Biden purchased the firearm. Why? Because to purchase a firearm he would have had to have lied on the form - I always forget the number of the form - that asks one question about illegal drug use.
But the agency also released a statement about the same time that its agents "had no involvement" in the situation.

The watchdog noted that Secret Service officials openly discussed media reports of the agency's involvement, with one finding it "odd" the Secret Service was involved at all.
