Don't Threaten Someone In Their Own Home in Arizona

It probably won't end well for you. Man dead after allegedly threatening son of a Mesa homeowner who reportedly shot him

He pointed a gun, at the homeowner's son, so the homeowner shot him.

Pointing a gun at a family member, at least in my mind, constitutes a clear threat of death, or grave bodily injury.

Police found the firearm he pointed at the son, took the would-be bad-guy to the hospital, but he died of his injuries.

Mesa police say no official charges have been filed, but an investigation is still underway.

That is because self-defense is a human-right, and your legal right in Arizona.
