A witness captured cell-phone video of the man then walking on the sidewalk, attempting to pull his hood down over his face, as he fled.
The suspect is described as about 50 years old, 5-foot-9 and 170 pounds with a medium build.
The cell phone must be from the 1990s, because the video is pretty poor.
But hey, New Yorkers reelected everyone, including governor Hochul, who didn't know why people thought crime was such a big deal. After all, she doesn't ride the bus.
