Second post in two days with where I could use that title. Resident shoots, kills man who entered Beach Park home and allegedly pulled knife
There are not a lot of details being released, but the guy who did the shooting knew the "female homeowner" and was staying at the house. The guy who got shot, Tino Roane, showed up and let himself in, and wouldn't leave when asked to leave.
The 24-year-old man asked Roane to leave the residence several times, and a physical altercation began, police said.
Roane grabbed a knife from the kitchen, then the 24-year-old man fatally shot him, police said.
Responding officers found him shot inside the house. The shooter remained on the scene and is cooperating with the investigation.
Self-defense is a human-right. And even in the People's Republic of Illinois self-defense may be your legal right.
