Tragic Death in Portland

Street racers are insane. Young mother killed by street racer while waiting for bus in Portland.

She was sitting on a bench waiting for a bus at 5 AM on August 28th. I'm guessing she was on her way to work. That's when a street racer lost control of his car, jumped the curb and slammed into the bench she was sitting on.

No arrests have been made. I'm guessing because the driver of the car is still in the hospital. (His car ended up wrapped around a telephone poll.

So what are the costs of not maintaining order? What are the costs of letting things like street racing take over a city? Death of innocent bystanders.
