It has no age limit. Woman tells Houston police she shot ex-boyfriend after altercation
The key part of the headline is "ex-boyfriend."
He came into her house, they had a physical altercation and she grabbed a gun and shot him.
This happened in Texas, and not in New Jersey. It will be referred to a grand jury. It is my understanding that all homicides are referred to grand juries in Texas. (All murders are homicides, but not all homicides are murders.)
Self-defense is a human-right.
