This is not too surprising. Resident shoots, kills man allegedly breaking into Kansas home
The Leavenworth Police Department said the man living at the home called 911 to report he shot someone trying to break into his house.
Officers arrived and found a man’s body. Investigators said the man suffered several gunshots before his death.
Cops have not released any names, and the investigation "is underway." DAs make decisions about charges, not cops, but it seems pretty straightforward.
Self-defense is a human-right.
