It’s easier to complain about our misfortunes and disappointments — the Raiders beat the Cowboys and the Bills beat the Saints — than to be grateful that our lives are basically OK, in an age where it seems it’s becoming more difficult to be basically OK.
Go read the whole thing. It should make you feel a little better about life, even in the face of everything behind the #LetsGoBrandon phenomenon.
