Not great if you go by this incident. Oregon nights: Man shoots at motorist, steals ‘Ricky Bobby’ racing suit.
In addition to all of the other stuff that he got up to in his crime spree, which included shooting at someone, he stole a Ricky Bobby costume from Talladega Nights.
He was (I'm shocked) out on bail at the time. The charges for skipping out on bail were:
failure to appear for unlawful use of a weapon, failure to appear after pointing a gun at another person, failure to appear for menacing and unlawful use of a vehicle
