Rebel News is expanding in Canada, in Australia, and in The United Kingdom. And the politicians are not happy. This video is from Quebec. And so a part of it is in French, with subtitles - when they approach politicians in Quebec, it is in French - but most of it is in English. You should be able to read a few subtitles without your head exploding.
If you only watch the first 6 minutes of the video, you will see two politicians run scared, and the second says his policy is to "Never answer questions from Rebel News." Why? Because Rebel News is not part of their Pet Media, who will only ask softball questions, that don't challenge anything. Rebel News asks tough questions, that require real answers. Politicians don't like that.
