Home invaders are still getting shot. Homeowner fatally shoots burglar in Fallbrook area, Harris County sheriff says
The homeowner, an older man who was home with his wife, told authorities that he heard a noise and saw someone he did not recognize advancing toward him in his residence.
He said he feared for his life and shot the intruder, killing him.
The case will go before a grand jury, but this is Texas after all.
Self-defense is a human-right.
