Must be something in the water. WATCH: Suspect gets stuck in the mud as he flees from Marion County deputies
Robert Daniel Dean, 36, has been charged with two counts of grand theft auto, grand theft, dealing in stolen property, DWLSR habitual, flee and elude, two counts of violation of probation.
He got stuck in traffic related to a previous accident, or breakdown. He nearly hits the towtruck, and a pedestrian. The reactions of the drivers around the stop are interesting because people don't usually have the sense to get out of harms way.
Suspect: I'm sorry.
Deputy: I don't care, dude.
Peak Florida at least for today.
