He wasn't crazy enough to stick around after a homeowner defended himself. Man arrested after Pascagoula shooting
Police say the suspect of both incidents went to a residence on Fulton Avenue waving a gun at the homeowner. The homeowner shot their gun, hitting the suspect’s vehicle.
There were at least 2 more incidents involving this guy.
Authorities said Mitchell abandoned his car and fled on foot, but was eventually taken into police custody.
He is charged with assault, and attempted assault, and police say there will be more charges.
Self-defense is a human-right.
