An intruder breaking into your home at 3:30 in the morning, that is. Woman shot man breaking into her Lexington apartment
A woman called 911 around 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday and said she shot at a man who was breaking into her apartment in the 500 block of Hollow Creek Road, just off Russell Cave, according to Lexington police.
He showed up at a local hospital about 15 minutes later. He is now being held in the county lockup.
Jackson was arrested on charges of burglary and terroristic threatening.
Self-defense is a human-right.
