Inge Ginsberg survived the Holocaust, and aided various resistance groups in her youth. She wrote poetry to deal with it as she got older. Eventually someone got the idea that her poetry made sense as Death Metal. And so we get a pre-Monday for Metal post before we rejoin our regularly scheduled programming.
You should at least listen to the first 2 minutes, before the music starts, in which she says a few words about organizing the resistance to Nazi occupation of Europe. The performance isn't great of course, but that is not the point of the exercise. The whole thing is 10 minutes. (Okay, so you'll have to read subtitles... You'll survive.)
And the Hat Tip goes to Rejected Princesses (Well Behaved Women Rarely Make History).
Anyway, this video from 2016, seems to be from the Swiss version of America's Got Talent, though it wasn't known Swiss Have Talent.
