I haven't had enough Frank Zappa in my life, and I'm guessing you haven't either. So lets fix that.
This song is "Uncle Remus (Mix Outtake)" by Frank Zappa. A shorter version was originally on the 1974 album Apostrophe ('). Today's version is a different take from the 2016 compilation album The Crux of the Biscuit.

Yes, the lyrics are a bit odd. This is Frank Zappa, but this song is less odd than just about anything else on Apostrophe ('). This version of the song is 4 minutes.
