From Fox 59 in Indianapolis. IMPD: 4 teens arrested after robbery turns into self-defense shooting
One teenager was shot and his accomplices were arrested after the group of teens allegedly tried to rob a man at Garfield Park in April.
Their intended target was a concealed carry license holder.
So what were doing when you were 16 or 17 years old?
Due to being juveniles, the names of the suspects are not being released.
Self-defense is a human right, and it appears to be your legal right in Indiana.
