The New Jersey So-Called Assault Weapons Ban

John R. Lott Jr. at RealClearPolitics: The Second Amendment Opinion That Scrambled the Partisan Script

Friday the U.S. Court of Appeals’ Third Circuit handed down a decision invalidating New Jersey's ban on so-called assault weapons and magazines holding more than 10 rounds. While much has been written and said by the news media, it seems a lot of people have overlooked one aspect.
