When Maynard James Keenan of Tool isn't doing his Tool thing. He has another band, Perfect Circle, which is more Alternative Rock, than Heavy Metal. He is also in a 3rd band, Puscifer, but I really don't know anything about that.
Perfect Circle is starting a European tour in June, so this may be to promote that, or it may be the first indication that an album is in the works, I haven't seen anything except the tour announcement.
This is "Starless" by Perfect Circle. It was released as a single on May 27th.
