I keep hoping that someone from the gun-hating part of the Left (it isn't all of the Left) will tell me what a woman should do in a situation like this. I'm not holding my breath.
The other shooting in this story, I covered yesterday in a separate post. This incident took place around midnight on Monday morning.
In a separate overnight shooting, Philadelphia police say a 33-year-old man was shot while trying to break into his ex's home in Parkside.
After she shot him, he showed up at a local convenience store with multiple gunshot wounds. She called 911 to report the incident.
"The male was trying to enter her property through the front window, and that the male was a former domestic partner of hers. Female said she didn't know who it was and she fired shots," Captain Louise Higginson, with the Philadelphia Police Department, said.
The investigation is in early days.
People need to understand the sentence, "It's over." The gun-hating Left needs to say what she should have done aside from defending herself. (If your Ex shows up in the middle of the night, and tries to break in, I don't think they are looking to have a long talk, but I'm a cynic.)
