In a massive win for the Second Amendment and constitutional freedoms, West Virginia’s governor has signed legislation expanding “constitutional carry” to include 18- to 20-year-old adults.

It always seemed insane that legal adults in this country didn't have every legal right. But then when I was 19 or 20 years old they raised the legal drinking age from 18 to 21. As you can imagine, that didn't go over well in all sections of society.

  1. I was 18 when they changed to voting age to 18 and since I lived in NY I could also drink.
