A Seattle-area woman has been charged with assault 10 months after journalist Brandi Kruse was violently mobbed during an Antifa direct action outside a federal immigration facility.
Fabiana Lucia Cantera-Silvestre (b. Aug. 15, 1995), 30, faces one count of fourth-degree assault and one count of disorderly conduct stemming from a June 14, 2025 incident in Tukwila, Wash., a suburb south of Seattle.

Her assailants were masked and as the months went by with no arrests, it appeared the case would be closed as so often happens to journalists assaulted by Antifa. However, this week it emerged that prosecutors in Tukwila, Wash. quietly filed charges against a far-left Seattle radical named Fabiana Lucia Cantera-Silvestre.
Brandi Kruse was a reporter for Fox in Seattle during CHAZ and the riots. Since then she has been an independent journalist. These are often targeted by ANTIFA and the like, because they know, that unlike the legacy media, they are not controlled by the Progressive Left.
