I thought I had featured this song in the past, but if so, I must have deleted it accidentally, because I can't find it. It could be that search is just completely broken, which I have thought was the case on more than one occasion recently.
Hillbilly Moon Explosion is a Swiss rockabilly band that I tripped over a few years back. I don't remember how I found them, but it was either by way of social media, or through one of the streaming services I use.
This song is "Queen Of Hearts" by Hillbilly Moon Explosion, featuring Mark "Sparky" Phillips of Demented Are Go. It is from the 2019 album The Sparky Sessions.
