FGC-9 stands for F*ck Gun Control, 9mm. It is mostly 3D printed, using steel tubing for the barrel, and bar stock for the bolt. There are even 3D plans available for mandrels that allow for some rifling using electricity and saltwater to etch the grooves.
They use standard AR-15 pistol grips, and Glock 9mm magazines. Those can also be printed, along with a mandrel for winding your own magazine spring. I think they use a standard AR-15 fire-control group, but I'm not sure about that.
