The anti-gun portion of the Left will count this as a "teen tragically shot." That he was committing felony robbery at the time he was shot is not of interest to them.
The North Texas Emergency Communications Center received a call shortly after 7 p.m. about a weapon-related incident in the 2200 block of Heads Lane, Carrollton police said in a news release Thursday.
A short time later, a woman called to report that her 16-year-old son had been shot, police said.
Several teens as young as 15 are facing charges. The person doing the shooting is not currently facing charges for the shooting.
