You can't just shoot someone who comes to your door. Homeowner charged in killing house cleaner who went to wrong address

An Indiana homeowner accused of fatally shooting a house cleaner who went to the wrong house has been charged with voluntary manslaughter, prosecutors said Nov. 17.

They should also charge him with felony stupidity, but I don't think that is one of their options.

Yes, you have the right to defend yourself. That wasn't what happened here.

    We should consider taking a life as a serious act. And, like marriage, not to be entered into lightly.
    Discernment is a gift of the spirit that not many have anymore.

      Some of the people who do this kind of thing are clearly crazy, others are mostly stupid, and believe that they can do anything to "defend themselves." They are probably also at least a little crazy
