Open Fields and the 4th Amendment

People are finally coming to understand the limits that the courts have put on the 4th Amendment. You only have an expectation of privacy near your home. The rest of your yard, or farm acreage, or woods, are fair game for law enforcement unless those acres are fenced in.

  1. The county I live in buys satellite photos every year, uses AI to find differences between each year and then sends a drone out to investigate any land use/zoning change/issue...........
