From The Other McCain we get some thoughts on free speech. Keep Giving Nick Fuentes More Rope
One of the great arguments in favor of free speech is that it allows fools to discredit themselves, and Nick Fuentes is an excellent example of why the First Amendment guarantees that even the most ridiculous fool should never be censored.
Speech is only free if people you don't like, say stuff you disagree with. I'm not sure when we lost sight of that. It also lets the idiots prove that they are idiots.
The best thing to do with Nick Fuentes — legally, that is, since it would be a felony to shove him feet-first into a wood chipper — is to ignore him, which is what I would still be doing had it not been for the fact that Tucker Carlson interviewed Fuentes for two hours this week, and the entire conservative movement has gone crazy because of it.
