Police were called because he was first banging on the door to one home.
As the officer began to look for the man, he heard three gunshots to the east and he was soon advised by dispatchers that a homeowner on Liam Drive had shot at an intruder, the report stated.
When the officer spoke to the Liam Drive resident, he was told that the 29-year-old found a shirtless man in blue jeans in his garage after hearing noises and he fired his weapon at the guy when he came at him aggressively despite being told to leave, the report stated.
The officer arrested him when he was found banging on the door to a third home. He appeared to be intoxicated. (Are we shocked?)
Odessa, Texas is about a 350 mile drive west of Dallas.
So it turns out that alcohol can be hazardous to your health. Though he was uninjured this time. He could be in the hospital or in the morgue. How drunk/stoned do you need to be to repeatedly try to break into homes in Texas?
He was arrested and released after posting bail.
