Khyre Holbert was serving a 20 year sentence for cocaine, when the sentence was commuted by President Biden.
It took exactly 127 days from the time Mr. Holbert was released until he was arrested.
Pause there for a second. Simple arithmetic — May 30 to October 4 — tells you that Khyre Holbert was on the street for barely four months (127 days) between the time he got out of prison and the time he was arrested again as a felon in possession of a firearm, accused in connection with a drive-by shooting. Khyre Holbert has been a drug-dealing gang banger since he was a juvenile, and here are some more relevant facts:

Nothing is more predictive of gun violence than a prior history of gun violence, and if Democrats were really sincere about this issue, they would insist on maximum sentences for felons arrested in possession of firearms.
There is much more.
Democrats hate legal gun owners. They don't hate people like Mr. Holbert. They hate legal gun owners because, for the most part, we are not progressives.
