A guy asked a friend for a ride to "look for" his wife. When he got to the home, he broke in through a window, and opened fire. The homeowner returned fire.
A police vehicle arrived and found a vehicle leaving the area at a high rate of speed on Monday night, Sept. 15.
This led to a traffic stop and the driver telling police two passengers inside were hurt by gunfire. Emergency personnel responded and transported them to a hospital.
The guy who went looking for trouble was detained by police. The woman was in the hospital in stable condition. The homeowner was not injured.
I would love to know more details, but my guess is that the media will not pursue this story. They may have a "neighbors were shocked" story.
