Nevada's Background Check System Frozen for 2 Weeks

This is a problem for rights. Someone needs to sue. The state servers were attacked by a cyberattack. Gun sales halted in Nevada, background check system down under state cyberattack

Guns cannot be legally sold and transferred to Nevadans without a concealed carry permit currently as the cyberattack that occurred last month has crippled the state's background check system.

According to a state memo sent to firearms dealers Thursday, the state's Brady Point of Contact Firearms program cannot process any firearm transfer background checks.

"Constitutional Right? We have payroll to worry about." Or something. Of course they also have security to worry about.
