That thing the gun-hating part of the Left says never happpens, it happened. Again. Robber shot by bystander, 2nd suspect killed in Dania Beach: BSO
When deputies arrived at the scene, they learned that the suspect had been shot after they robbed a bystander and a business in the area of the 800 block of Stirling Road.
Deputies said the suspect was found in the parking lot of the business, and he was taken to the hospital for treatment.
The second guy was shot when he tried to run over the bystander with the getaway vehicle. He was found several blocks away with gunshot wounds, and taken to a local hospital. He did not survive.
Dania Beach, Florida is just south of Fort Lauderdale, and surrounds the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport on 3 sides. It contains surprisingly little beach, but that is because a large section of the beach in that area is state park.
The investigation has a long way to go. Still this didn't happen in NYC.
