The Bad Guys don't seem to have gotten that memo. Home Invasion Ends In Fatal Shooting In Tarpon Springs
According to the Tarpon Springs Police Department, the investigation has so far revealed that Tirikos ‘unlawfully’ entered the residence. An altercation ensued between the intruder and the occupants of the home. During the confrontation, the residents retrieved a firearm and fired several shots, striking Tirikos.
The home invader was taken to a local hospital, where he died a short time later.
Tarpon Springs, Florida is about a 15 mile drive north of Clearwater, or about a 30 mile drive northwest of Tampa.
Self-defense is a human right. Good Guys 1, Bad Guys 0.
